Program Structure

 Revitalize America Partnership (RAP) embraces three integrated programs with three consolidated committees that also meet as a committee of the whole.


Community Partners Trust/Assimilation Coalition:  A convener, catalyst, incubator, and communications agent that brings together the public and private sectors to create greater opportunity and diversity in education and employment to realize the basic human rights of all people and promote the larger community interests while promoting community partnership awareness and training, conducting seminars and workshops, and creating a network.

Youth Development:  Improving scholastic achievement,  reducing juvenile delinquency, promoting and increasing access to higher education.

Employment Opportunity:  Partnering to develop and publicize job access support and services, employment pathways, careers, and mentor-based business internships.

Economic Opportunity:  Partnering to develop mentor-based apprenticeships while offering interest-free loans.
